Sacred Exchange Policy

At Head to Toe Healing™, LLC, our work is sacred. Each session, product, and program is carefully curated to offer deep restoration, embodied transformation, and communal wellness. Because these experiences require energy, time, preparation, and intentional planning, our Sacred Exchange Policy is designed to protect both your investment and our integrity.
1. Services & Experiences
This applies to:
- In-home and on-site sessions (Somatic Healing, Sculpting, Massage)
- Retreats and Staycations
- Wellness programs (digital and in-person)
- Group intensives, certifications, and private offerings
Deposits & Payment Terms
- For Services Over $10,000: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be completed through an approved third-party payment plan provider prior to your service start date.
- For Services Under $10,000: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance may be paid in full before your session or arranged through a third-party payment provider (subject to approval).
Payment Plans
Payment plan contracts are binding. Missed payments may result in:
- Suspension of access to services or programs
- Cancellation without refund of amounts paid
- Collection proceedings if payments are repeatedly missed
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations
- Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- Retreats, events, or multi-day programs require a minimum 30-day cancellation notice for partial refunds (excluding deposit).
Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Retreats or programs may be transferred to another eligible participant, with prior written approval from Head to Toe Healing™, LLC.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their session without refund or credit.
3. Physical Products
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- Packaged as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards or downloadable content
- Digital courses, masterclasses, and e-books
- Personal care, wellness, or hygiene items
- Custom-made or perishable goods
4. Digital Products & Programs
Due to the nature of instant-access content:
- All digital sales are final once accessed or delivered.
- Exceptions may be made for technical issues preventing access. We will work quickly to resolve these concerns.
5. Product Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
To begin an exchange, email: info@headtotoehealingllc.com with a description and photo of the item. Please await our approval before returning.
6. Refund Process
- All approved returns are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.
7. Force Majeure (Acts Beyond Our Control)
If Head to Toe Healing™, LLC must cancel or postpone due to events beyond our control (weather, illness, emergency, venue closure, etc.), clients will receive:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward future services or programs
8. Commitment to Sacred Reciprocity
We honor your commitment by preparing each experience with reverence, presence, and excellence. In return, we ask that your commitment be equal to your healing, your schedule, and your integrity.
Booking any service or purchasing from our site indicates your agreement to this Sacred Exchange Policy.
