Refunds for Services
Refunds for services such as massages, body sculpting, or retreats are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling Policy: Services can be rescheduled at no additional charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
Refunds for Products
Our refund and returns policy for physical products lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a Return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items:

Partial Refunds

Gifts
