2. Services & Offerings

- In-person somatic healing & sculpting sessions
- Transformational retreats & luxury staycations

All offerings are subject to availability and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at our discretion without notice.
3. Wellness Disclaimer No Medical Advice
Our offerings are for educational and therapeutic purposes. We are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
You acknowledge:

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations
Deposits
- For Services Over $10,000: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place. The remaining balance must be completed through an approved third-party payment plan provider prior to your service start date.
- For Services Under $10,000: A 40% non-refundable deposit is required. The balance may be paid in full before your session or arranged through a third-party payment provider (subject to approval).
Payment Plans
We offer installment plans via our third-party providers. Late payments may result in service delays or forfeiture of access.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
By booking, you agree to our Sacred Exchange Policy, including:
- Minimum 48-hour notice to reschedule sessions.
- Minimum 30-day notice for retreat/program cancellations.
- Missed appointments may result in forfeited fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials including our name, logo, videos, guides, meditations, courses, retreat content, images, and website copy are owned by Head to Toe Healing, LLC and protected under copyright, trademark, and trade dress law.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or resell any content without our explicit written permission.
6. Your Responsibilities
By engaging with our offerings, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date personal and payment information.
- Participate in a safe, respectful, and responsible manner.
- Follow guidelines for services, safety, and conduct.
- Not engage in abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful behavior toward staff or other clients.
Violation of these expectations may result in revoked access or legal action.
