Guests enter a calm, organized environment and receive an explanation of the experience, participation options, and available services.

Guests participate in practical education around stress, body awareness, breath, recovery, daily rhythm, and regulation.
3. Individual Restoration
Guests may receive massage-informed or somatic bodywork services based on the agreed event format, staffing, timing, consent, and professional scope.
4. Food and Hydration
The experience may include a juice bar, grazing table, or other approved refreshment offering.
5. Reflection and Integration
Guests receive time and guidance for noticing what they experienced and how they may continue using the education afterward.
6. Continued Access
Qualifying guests receive access to the 5³ Mission Bundle based on the organization’s partnership level.
7. Closing and Follow-Up
The experience closes with next-step instructions. The partner may receive a post-activation recap when included and available.

Personal Service Timing
Every partnership level includes a VIP Healing Hero retreat ticket for 2.
The partner may choose one of two retreat options:
Option 1: Private Healing Hero Retreat
A private Healing Hero retreat experience may be scheduled within 10 days of the Retreat Lounge experience, subject to availability and agreement terms.
Option 2: Group Healing Hero Retreat
The partner may wait for a planned group Healing Hero retreat.
Group Healing Hero retreats are designed for approximately 12 to 14 guests.
Final retreat date, location, inclusions, transferability, and travel details are confirmed through the agreement.
The Experience Ends. The Education Continues.
The Retreat Lounge gives guests a live experience of slowing down, receiving care, and learning body awareness.
The 5³ Mission Bundle gives qualifying guests education they can continue using after the event.

Healing Hero Partnerships are designed for leaders, sponsors, organizations, and institutions that want to fund nervous system regulation education, digital class access, retreat lounge experiences, and deeper community support through Head To Toe Healing.
Payment Options
Approved partners may select from the payment options stated in their final agreement.
Pay in Full
The full partnership investment is paid according to the agreement. Planning begins after payment, documentation, and activation requirements are completed.
Approved Payment Schedule
A custom payment schedule may be available for qualified partners.
The agreement should state:
Initial payment amount
Payment due dates
When planning begins
When dates may be reserved
What happens after a missed payment
Whether payments are refundable
Cancellation and rescheduling terms

Step 1: Application Review
We review your organization, audience, goals, preferred location, estimated guest count, desired timing, and partnership level.
Step 2: Partnership Consultation
Qualified applicants are invited to a consultation to discuss fit, scope, budget, delivery, venue needs, and next steps.
Step 3: Preliminary Recommendation
Head To Toe Healing recommends an appropriate partnership level and preliminary activation structure.
Step 4: Proposal and Agreement
You receive the available scope, investment, inclusions, payment structure, responsibilities, and agreement terms.
Step 5: Payment and Planning
Planning begins after the required agreement and payment conditions are satisfied.
Step 6: Activation Preparation
The teams coordinate scheduling, venue requirements, staffing, guest flow, safety, communication, and access delivery.
Step 7: Retreat Lounge Delivery
The approved experience is delivered according to the final event plan.
Step 8: Follow-Up
The partner receives included follow-up, guest-access information, and any applicable post-activation recap.
Recommended Planning Window
Healing Hero Partnerships require planning, staffing, travel coordination, venue review, guest-flow design, and operational preparation.
Recommended minimum planning windows:
One-day Retreat Lounge: 4– 8 weeks
Two-day Retreat Lounge: 6–10 weeks
Three-day Retreat Lounge: 8–12 weeks
Five-day Sanctuary activation: 10–14 weeks
Larger, multi-location, high-capacity, travel-intensive, or customized activations may require additional planning time.
Dates are not guaranteed until the required agreement, payment, location, and operational approvals are complete

Final responsibilities are defined in the agreement and may include:
