Healing Hero creates opportunities for people to step out of that pressure long enough to learn, experience, and practice restoration.
Through accessible nervous system education, guided regulation experiences, and intentionally designed restorative environments, participants are introduced to practical ways of understanding how everyday stress may show up in the body and how regulation can become part of real life.

What Is Regulation?
Regulation is the body’s ability to respond to stress, settle after pressure, and move between activation and rest with greater awareness and support.
For many people, regulation education is completely new.
Healing Hero makes the conversation easier to understand by connecting nervous system education to everyday experiences: demanding work, caregiving, leadership, family responsibilities, community pressure, and the constant expectation to keep going.
The goal is not to tell people to simply “calm down.”
The goal is to create opportunities to understand what stress may be doing in the body, experience supportive regulation practices, and build greater awareness of what restoration can look like in everyday life.
A Partnership With Two Ways to Create Access
A Healing Hero Partnership can support the people inside your organization, the people in a community you care about, or a combination of both.
Restore Your Own People
Create access for employees, leadership teams, caregivers, service providers, ministry teams, educators, healthcare professionals, and others carrying the day-to-day responsibility of your mission.
Extend Restoration Into the Community
Use your partnership to create access for people beyond your organization who may not otherwise have consistent opportunities to receive regulation education and restorative experiences.
For some partners, Healing Hero begins with their team.
For others, it becomes part of how they invest in the well-being of the people and communities they serve.
How Healing Hero Works
1. Your Organization Funds Access
You select a Healing Hero Partnership level based on the number of people you want to reach, the depth of the experience, and the scale of participation that aligns with your mission.
2. Head-to-Toe Creates the Experience
Partnership funding supports a combination of digital regulation education, 5³ Mission access, Retreat Lounge experiences, regulation workshops, private somatic experiences, and other eligible Healing Hero activations.
3. Your People Experience Restoration in Real Life
Participants receive opportunities to learn about stress and regulation while experiencing supportive environments intentionally created for education, restoration, and embodied practice.
4. Your Partnership Helps Expand Access
Your investment does more than create a single wellness moment.
It helps make nervous system education and restorative experiences available to more people carrying sustained pressure.

Regulation Education
Digital and in-person learning that helps participants understand how everyday stress may show up in the body and introduces practical regulation practices they can explore in real life.
5³ Mission Access
A 5³ Mission expands access to our three-class digital Bundle.
The Bundle brings together three digital classes designed to help people better understand how everyday stress may show up in the body and build practical regulation practices around real life.
Depending on the Healing Hero Partnership level, your organization may provide access to 100, 200, 300, or 1,000 Bundles.
At the Sanctuary level, 500 Bundles are designated for your activation and 500 are used to extend access to people during a Head-to-Toe Healing event.
Retreat Lounge Experiences
Retreat Lounge activations create an intentional restorative environment where participants can step away from the pace of everyday responsibilities and experience education, regulation support, hospitality, and space to settle.
Regulation Workshops
Educational experiences help participants better understand nervous system regulation and explore practical ways to support regulation within everyday life.
Somatic Vagus Nerve Experience
A private Somatic Vagus Nerve Experience offers an immersive, body-based regulation experience within the Healing Hero ecosystem.
Additional Partnership Experiences
Depending on the partnership level, an activation may also include eligible retreat access, hospitality components, community visibility, partner recognition, and other experiences outlined within the selected level.

Our educational approach is informed by established learning about the nervous system, stress, safety, body awareness, and regulation.
Participants do not need a background in nervous system science to take part.
The work is designed to make regulation education approachable, relevant, and connected to real life.
