What Is Regulation?
Regulation is the ability to notice and respond to stress, recover after pressure, and move between activation and rest with greater awareness and support.
Healing Hero makes regulation education approachable by connecting it to everyday experiences: demanding work, caregiving, leadership, community responsibility, commuting, and the expectation to keep going.
The goal is not to tell people to “calm down.”
The goal is to create opportunities to understand stress, experience supportive regulation practices, and develop greater awareness of restoration in everyday life.

Eligible body-based and educational experiences may be incorporated depending on Capital Vehicle scope.

Retreat Lounge experiences and other intentionally designed environments that create room for restoration, education, hospitality, and regulation support.
