Regulation Over Content:
The Castle Experience
Regulate first. Create from a clearer place.
A 3-day, 2-night castle retreat for creators, coaches, wellness professionals, bodyworkers, speakers, founders, and service providers who want space to regulate, clarify their message, and create with intentional support.
Inside Hilltop Castle in the Pocono Mountains, your mornings begin with guided somatic nervous system regulation before moving into message work, private sessions, interviews, podcast-style recording, and supported content creation.
You’ll create recorded footage designed to support up to 90 days of content, along with drafts and captions you can continue using after the retreat.
This is not about forcing more output from an overloaded body.
It is about creating the conditions for your body to settle, your message to become clearer, and your work to move forward with greater intention.

Your Message May Not Be the Problem. The State You Create From May Be.
You may already have the ideas.
You may already have the experience.
You may already know what you want to teach, share, or build.
But when your body is carrying sustained pressure, creating can begin to feel rushed, scattered, disconnected, or harder than it needs to be.
Regulation is the practice of helping your body move toward enough steadiness to notice what you need, think more clearly, and respond with greater intention.
At Regulation Over Content, regulation comes before production.
You are given space to slow down, reconnect with your message, organize what you want to say, and create with support instead of relying on pressure to push the work forward.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Drafts + Captions

Your Retreat Content
You leave with the content you create during your retreat experience.
You do not have to hold the entire creative process alone.
The setting, structure, and support are designed to give your message room to come forward without making pressure the price of productivity.
WHAT THE EXPERIENCE CAN LOOK LIKE
MESSAGE + STRATEGY
Clarify what you want to communicate before trying to turn every idea into content.
Use dedicated space to organize your message, identify what matters most, and decide what deserves to be recorded.
INTERVIEW + RECORDING
Sometimes it is easier to speak your message than sit in front of a blank screen trying to manufacture it.
Interview and podcast-style environments give you another way to bring your knowledge, stories, and perspective forward.
SHARED MEALS + INTEGRATION
Not every important moment happens during a session.
Shared meals create room for connection, conversation, rest, and integration between the more structured parts of the retreat.
EVENING CREATION + SUPPORT
The experience continues beyond daytime recording.
Evening classes and supported creation give you time to continue learning, organizing, reflecting, and developing what began during the day.

YOU DO NOT NEED MORE PRESSURE TO PROVE THAT YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR WORK.
You may be deeply committed to your business and still need a different environment in which to create.
You may have something meaningful to say and still feel tired of forcing yourself to constantly produce it.
You may need structure without urgency.
Support without being controlled.
Space without disappearing from your responsibilities forever.
Regulation Over Content was created to give you another way.
Come to the castle.
Regulate first.
Reconnect with your message.
Then create from there.

THIS EXPERIENCE MAY BE FOR YOU IF…
You are a creator, coach, wellness professional, bodyworker, speaker, founder, or service provider with knowledge, stories, or ideas you want to communicate more clearly.
You have been trying to create while carrying the pressure of your business, your responsibilities, or the expectation to constantly remain visible.
You want dedicated time for your message and content without turning the experience into another high-pressure production sprint.
You value an environment that makes room for both your body and your work.
You want professional support, recording opportunities, and structured creation time within a retreat setting.
You value an environment that makes room for both your body and your work.
And you are ready to experience what changes when regulation comes before content.

A NOTE ABOUT “90 DAYS OF CONTENT”
The goal is not to force you to manufacture 90 finished pieces of content in three days.
During the retreat, you will have opportunities to create recorded footage, drafts, and captions that can be organized and developed to support up to 90 days of content after you return home.
How much you ultimately publish will depend on what you create, how you edit and repurpose it, and the publishing rhythm you choose.
The intention is to help you leave with meaningful creative assets and greater structure not another impossible content quota.

REGULATION IS THE FOUNDATION OF THE EXPERIENCE
Our approach recognizes that stress can affect how we focus, communicate, connect, and respond.
The purpose of the somatic regulation practices within this retreat is educational and experiential. They are designed to support awareness, steadiness, and intentional participation in the retreat experience.
They are not presented as medical diagnosis or treatment.
For those who want to explore the educational foundation further, additional nervous system and stress-related resources are available through our learning and research section.

STOP FORCING CONTENT FROM AN OVERLOADED BODY.
Come to the castle. Regulate first. Create with support.
Your message deserves more than pressure, urgency, and unfinished drafts.
Give yourself an environment where you can slow down, reconnect with what you want to say, and build creative assets you can continue using long after the retreat ends.

This practice is informed by research on how the nervous system responds to stress, safety, and body-based awareness. You do not need to study the science to benefit from this work, but these resources can give you deeper insight into how the body regulates, why stress may show up physically, and how gentle awareness may support regulation and recovery.
