The partnership combines three layers:

Regulation is the body’s ability to respond to stress, settle after pressure, and move between activation and rest with greater awareness and support.

Who This Is Not For
Healing Hero Partnerships may not be the right fit if:

You are seeking only a basic chair-massage vendor.
You expect access to private participant health information.
You are unwilling to complete required planning, safety, venue, staffing, payment, or agreement requirements.
You need an activation that falls outside Head-to-Toe Healing’s professional scope.
Healing Hero provides education, restorative experiences, structured programming, and mission-based access.
It does not replace qualified medical, mental-health, employee-assistance, pregnancy, postpartum, or emergency services.

How Healing Hero Works
1. Your Organization Chooses a Starting Point
You begin with one of four Healing Hero Partnership levels based on the scale of participation you want to explore.
These levels are starting points, not final implementation agreements.
Final scope is confirmed through consultation, planning, agreement, location review, staffing, safety requirements, scheduling, and operational capacity.
2. Head-to-Toe Healing Builds the Activation
Depending on the selected level and final agreement, your partnership may include a Retreat Lounge Experience, 5³ Mission Bundle access, regulation education, restorative experiences, eligible retreat access, hospitality, and other approved partnership benefits.
3. Guests Experience Restoration in Real Life
Participants receive opportunities to learn about stress and regulation while experiencing a setting intentionally designed for education, restoration, body awareness, and supportive practice.
4. The Education Continues
The live experience ends.
The learning does not have to.
Qualifying guests receive access to the 5³ Mission Bundle so they can continue engaging with regulation education beyond the Retreat Lounge.

Healing Hero Partnerships are Capital Vehicles within the Head-to-Toe Healing ecosystem.
They help support the continued development of Healing Hero Wellness Infrastructure: a broader system of regulation education, restorative environments, community access, and real-life experiences.

The 5³ Mission Bundle is a three-class digital education experience designed to help participants connect regulation education to real life.
The Unlock Restoration Experience
Introduces participants to restoration and regulation through practical, accessible education connected to everyday life.
Ingredient Awareness + Body Response Education
Helps participants build greater awareness around ingredients, food choices, and how the body may respond.
Clock, Commute & Create
Connects regulation awareness to time pressure, commuting, work patterns, routines, and the pace of everyday responsibility.

At the Sanctuary level, 500 Bundles are designated for people connected to the organization’s activation and an additional 500 Bundles extend access to people during a Head-to-Toe Healing event.
The Retreat Lounge Experience
The Retreat Lounge is the live restorative environment within the Healing Hero Partnership.
The exact format is confirmed through the partnership process.
A Retreat Lounge Experience may include:
Arrival and Welcome
Guests enter a calm, organized environment and receive an explanation of the experience, participation options, and available services.
Regulation Education
Guests participate in practical education around stress, body awareness, breath, recovery, daily rhythm, and regulation.
Individual Restoration
Guests may receive massage-informed or somatic bodywork services based on the agreed event format, staffing, timing, consent, and professional scope.
Food and Hydration
The experience may include approved hospitality such as a juice bar, grazing table, or other refreshments depending on final scope.
Reflection and Integration
Guests receive time and guidance for noticing what they experienced and how they may continue using the education afterward.
Continued Access
Qualifying guests receive 5³ Mission Bundle access based on the organization’s partnership level.
Closing and Follow-Up
The activation concludes with next-step guidance and applicable follow-up.
