Regulation Over Content:
The Castle Experience
Regulate first. Clarify your message. Build your 90-day content plan from a clearer place.
A private 3-day, 2-night castle retreat in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains with virtual preparation before you arrive and guided integration after you return home.
Designed for creators, coaches, wellness professionals, bodyworkers, speakers, founders, and service providers who want dedicated space to regulate, organize what they want to say, and create with intentional support.
Your experience begins four weeks before the retreat with private preparation, continues through the Castle Experience itself, and includes structured support after you return home.
At the castle, your mornings begin with guided nervous-system regulation before you move into message strategy, private support, interviews, podcast-style recording, and focused content creation.
This is not a content-production sprint built around pressure.
It is a regulation-first environment designed to help you prepare intentionally, slow down, get clear on what matters, and build a 90-day content plan around the message you actually want to carry forward.
Private preparation · 3-day castle retreat · Post-retreat integration
Your Message May Not Be the Problem. The State You Create From May Be.

You may already have the experience.
You may already have the ideas.
You may already know what you want to teach, share, promote, or build.
But when you have been carrying the pressure of your business, your responsibilities, your clients, your visibility, and everything else that asks something from you, creating can become harder than the message itself.
You may postpone recording.
Overthink what to say.
Start too many ideas without finishing them.
Create without a clear direction.
You may keep postponing recording.
You may overthink every message.
You may create without a clear strategy.
You may have strong work but no environment that helps you bring it forward.
Or know that your work matters while struggling to give it the focused attention it deserves.
Regulation Over Content gives you another way to approach the work.
Instead of beginning with the camera, the content calendar, or the pressure to produce, we begin with the body.

WHAT WE MEAN BY REGULATION
Regulation is the practice of helping your body move toward enough steadiness to notice what you need, think more clearly, and respond with greater intention.
During the Castle Experience, your regulation support may include:
nervous-system education
breath awareness
gentle movement
guided somatic practices
consent-based massage and bodywork
compression-based support
professional percussion-device use
private consultation
the “This Is Not Yoga” regulation experience
evening regulation and integration education
You are not expected to participate in every hands-on option.
Consent is ongoing.
You may request changes, choose clothed participation where available, reduce your participation, or stop a hands-on practice at any time.
The purpose is not to diagnose or treat a medical or mental-health condition.
The purpose is to create structured space for your body to settle before you ask it to perform, communicate, strategize, and create.
MOST CONTENT RETREATS START WITH THE CAMERA.
THIS ONE STARTS WITH THE BODY.
If your body is tense, rushed, guarded, or overloaded, changing the camera angle does not necessarily change the state you are creating from.
That is why Regulation Over Content begins with regulation before moving into message strategy, recording, visibility, and implementation.
You are not coming to Hilltop Castle to perform harder.
You are coming into an environment where your body, your message, and your creative process are supported together.
THIS IS MORE THAN THREE DAYS AT THE CASTLE
The Castle Experience is built as a supported process not a retreat you simply arrive at unprepared and leave from without a plan for what comes next.
Your experience moves through three phases:
PREPARE
Beginning four weeks before the retreat, you start preparing your body, message, goals, and creative direction for the work ahead.
EXPERIENCE
At Hilltop Castle, regulation, strategy, hospitality, recording, and supported creation come together across three days and two nights.
INTEGRATE
After you return home, continued education and group integration give you space to revisit what you created, work with your 90-day plan, and consider what needs attention next.
The intention is to give you support before, during, and after the Castle Experience.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE RETREAT:
2-HOUR PRIVATE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
Four weeks before your Castle Experience, you schedule a private two-hour virtual preparation workshop.
Your preparation may include reviewing:
what you want to communicate
the ideas or offers you want to bring forward
your content priorities
your retreat goals
areas where you currently feel unclear or overloaded
the type of content you want to create
questions about participation and the retreat experience
what will help you arrive more prepared for the work
This is not about requiring you to arrive with everything figured out.
It is about making sure your three days at the castle do not have to begin from zero.
TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE RETREAT:
3-HOUR VIRTUAL GROUP WORKSHOP
Two weeks before the Castle Experience, you participate in a three-hour virtual group preparation workshop.
This workshop helps you continue preparing for the retreat environment, understand the regulation-first approach, and begin organizing yourself for the experience ahead.
The group workshop creates space for preparation, nervous-system education, expectations, questions, and guidance before arrival.
By the time you come to Hilltop Castle, you have already begun the process.
You are not walking into the retreat cold.
Choose Your Private Retreat Experience
INSIDE HILLTOP CASTLE
Hilltop Castle is a private castle-style retreat property in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.
The property includes bedrooms, bathrooms, pools, trails, dining areas, meeting rooms, theater space, and multiple indoor and outdoor settings that can support different parts of your retreat experience.
But the castle is not simply a beautiful backdrop.
Different spaces may be used for:
regulation and reflection
private consultation
message development
interviews
podcast-style recording
professional content sessions
meals and conversation
rest
supported creation
Your environment becomes part of the process.
Instead of trying to regulate, strategize, record, and create in the same room under the same pressure you experience at home, you are given room to move through each part of the experience with more intention.

You do not need a perfect brand before you arrive.
You do not need every content idea planned.
You do need a message, expertise, story, service, body of work, or perspective you are ready to clarify and bring forward.
THEN YOU COME TO THE CASTLE
THREE DAYS. TWO NIGHTS. A REGULATION-FIRST CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT.
Once you arrive at Hilltop Castle, the preparation begins to move into experience.
Your retreat includes structured time for regulation, message clarity, strategy, creation, hospitality, and integration.
WHAT YOUR THREE DAYS ARE DESIGNED TO SUPPORT
MORNING: REGULATION
Each day begins with approximately three hours of guided regulation work.
Your morning may include nervous-system education, breath awareness, movement, somatic practices, massage or bodywork, compression, percussion-device support, consultation, and the “This Is Not Yoga” regulation method.
The goal is not to force your body into a particular state.
The goal is to create space to slow down, notice what you need, and prepare for the deeper creative work ahead.
DAYTIME: MESSAGE + CONTENT CREATION
After the morning regulation experience, you move into focused creative work.
Depending on your goals and selected experience, this may include:
message clarification
content pillars
offer clarity
business-direction conversations
interviews
podcast-style recording
professional recording sessions
scripts and talking points
content themes
guided creation
partner creation time for two-person experiences
Instead of trying to manufacture content for the sake of posting, you work from the ideas, expertise, stories, and priorities that matter most.
EVENING: INTEGRATION + IMPLEMENTATION
Your evening experience creates space to organize what was developed during the day and prepare for what comes next.
The retreat rhythm may include:
DAY 1 — ORGANIZE
Gather the ideas, themes, messages, and priorities you want to move forward.
DAY 2 — IMPLEMENT + RELEASE
Continue creating, recording, organizing, and developing the work.
DAY 3 — MONITOR + MAP WHAT COMES NEXT
Review what was created and build a practical direction for using it after you leave.

You are coming to create the plan, direction, footage, ideas, and supporting assets that can help you move through the next 90 days with more structure
During the retreat, you will work toward building a 90-day content plan that may include:
content pillars
priority topics
message themes
publishing direction
scripts or talking points
email themes
interviews
podcast-style content
recorded video
supporting drafts
content ideas that can be edited and repurposed after the retreat
The amount of finished content you ultimately publish will depend on what you create, how you choose to edit and repurpose it, and the publishing rhythm you follow after the retreat.
The goal is not an impossible content quota.
The goal is to leave with greater clarity, a 90-day direction, and usable creative assets you can continue developing after you return home.

A four-hour group integration workshop approximately 60 days after the retreat
Your exact creative output will depend on your goals, participation, and what is completed during the experience.
YOUR SUPPORT DOES NOT END WHEN YOU LEAVE
Going home is not the end of the experience.
You will have additional support designed to help you continue working with what you created at the castle.
30-DAY REGULATION CLASS
Your Castle Experience includes the 30-day regulation class so you can continue engaging with regulation education after the retreat.
The intention is to help you continue practicing what you were introduced to rather than treating regulation as something that only happens inside the castle.
60 DAYS AFTER THE RETREAT:
4-HOUR VIRTUAL GROUP INTEGRATION WORKSHOP
Approximately 60 days after the Castle Experience, you return for a four-hour virtual group workshop.
This gives you structured time to reconnect with the work after you have had an opportunity to return to your business and daily life.
The session creates space to revisit:
your 90-day content plan
what you have implemented
what you have learned since returning home
what has become clearer
what still needs attention
how you are using the content and ideas created during the retreat
where you may need to reorganize or adjust your direction
how regulation is showing up in the way you are approaching your work
You are not expected to have executed everything perfectly.
The workshop gives you a place to return, assess what has happened, and continue moving forward intentionally.

Questions About the Private Content Retreat
The Private Content Retreat is designed for people who need more than content strategy. It combines private hands-on somatic regulation, meals, message clarification, and focused creation time so you can reset your system and create from a more grounded state.
YOUR MESSAGE NEEDS A DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT.
You do not need more pressure.
You need room to regulate.
Room to hear yourself think.
Room to decide what actually deserves to be said.
Room to organize your ideas before turning them into another obligation.
And room to create with support instead of carrying the entire process by yourself.
But the Castle Experience does not begin when you walk through the door.
And it does not end when you leave.
THIS IS A PREPARE → EXPERIENCE → INTEGRATE PROCESS.
Four weeks before: private preparation begins.
Two weeks before: group preparation continues.
At the castle: regulate, clarify, strategize, record, and create.
After the castle: continue your regulation education.
Approximately 60 days later: return for group integration and review what comes next.
REGULATION OVER CONTENT:
THE CASTLE EXPERIENCE
3 days + 2 nights at Hilltop Castle.
A 90-day content plan.
Continued regulation education.
Post-retreat integration.
If you are ready to experience a different way of approaching your message and your creative work, begin with the application.
